However, we typically see them starting around $60,000 and can exceed $100,000. Small additions may be less depending on the overall square footage.

Yes, Mountain Ridge will ensure that all the required permits are pulled. Inspections occur for every permit. We also inspect the work, to verify it aligns with our standards.
Mountain Ridge offers a wide range of materials, however we have a set standard of our minimum that we will offer. We take pride in our work and want every client to understand we have researched the products that we offer. Generally we do not recommend lower grade products available at big box stores.
